What sort of day have you had ?

It was a lovely sunny morning here as we called into our local coffee shop for our morning refreshment when one of the staff told us how her husband had been suddenly rushed into hospital and we left having wished her his quick recovery. A few yards down the road we bumped into  another friend who is suffering from a chest complaint and is having to push along a small basket containing a bottle of oxygen gas to help her.  More words of encouragement and into a shop where we met a friend who was recovering from a stroke. Feeling very sorry for all our friends we started onwards when a farming friend we had not seen for a long while stop for a chat and told us all about a serious life threatening  illnesses he had been suffering from. The result was us vowing to make the most of our good health and scuttle home while we could.
Was that a twinge I felt !!!!!
