Concentration

Today’s theme is challenging. Trying hard to CONCENTRATE but bad enough just contemplating going up these stairs without feeling a trifle dizzy.

So will stay outside and enjoy the sun and fresh air. Bournemouth airport was one the coldest spots last night, 3C. 9C now. A mind-blowing change. But suits me fine. I’m me again after 4/5 months of desert heat here.
