A Bee and a Beetle

Today was really fun. Our 19 year old grandson and two of his friends came down to the beach for the weekend. They stayed at his other grandparent's beach house but spent a lot of their with us. We went out crabbing today after church and they ended up each taking home 6 crab to their family or friends. They ate crab melts here, but I think they were most excited to take home the biggest crab to share. They are really nice boys. It was  nice for my husband because he often pulls most of the traps, but today the boys took charge. They pulled the traps, threw back the small ones and measured the bigger ones. I think it was the first time he simply let them do it all. I always drive the boat so my role didn't change but he learned to let go of control and watched the boys enjoy doing it all.
