Ballooooons.....

A dry day spent drying more barley. Managed another 30 tons by tonight. Not much compared to the big arable boys, but not bad for our set up.
The contractor in down the road mowing grass with his triple mowers. Usually I would diddle away with my own mower but time is against us . Will still take me going to get it all baled and wrapped this week , providing the weather plays ball. Still have about 130 acres of wet straw to worry about too.
This ballon went overhead while I was feeding these heifers this morning. They were OK until it put the burner on then they spooked and took off. One of the reasons I can’t be doing with balloons and balloonists .
