Curlew

When you fancy a bacon butty for lunch you've just got to take an early morning walk along to the Deli for the rolls.

The church service is not until 11 o'clock so there was plenty of time for a walk along the beach, up the breakwater, and on to the Deli.

The heron is a regular visitor and will stand on the rocks for ages ..... the curlews don't stand still for long and can reach quite a speed on their long spindly legs.

Not long to go now till the final episode of 'The Bodyguard' ... exciting!
