Wildlife Haven

This is the ‘canal’ of Cammo Estate, originally part of the ornamental gardens, probably designed by William Adam in the late 1720s.

Anyway the Estate is now left to a ‘managed wilderness’ state. The canal has been recently dredged, and overhanging vegetation cleared. This view was not visible in previous years due to some thick Rhodies, so I felt the need to take a photograph.
