Autumn colours.

The beautiful autumn colours of our pink hydrangea are so much nicer than the bright summer pink.

Today has been a real surprise. Not the rainy weather we expected . Blue sky and sunshine .
Decided to get the washing done, and now all dry.
Morning visit to Mountain Warehouse to purchase new walking shoes for MrC. Surprising how different styles and sizers differ so much. However found a pair that was comfortable, and half price too.

The afternoon spent finalising our Wine Club accounts.
I’m afraid the monthly subs. will have to go up as the cost of meals has increased such a lot.
Difficult now finding places that will let us bring our own wine for the tasting, without charging us for corkage.

Now listening to one of my favourite CD’s.

Such a great shame that their main singer. Timmy Mately died earlier this year. Only 36.
He was diagnosed with malignant melanoma in 2016.
I wonder what their new album will sound like now there are just four of them.

Enjoyed Strictly last night.
Now looking forward to the last episode of The Bodyguard.
No doubt will be on the edge of my seat as always!
