Some say pasata...

... and some say passata. Some say cooked, some say raw.  Anyway, these are baked with garlic and a drizzle of oil (measured for the Fat Controller records) then sieved.  Interesting that Gardeners' Delight appear to have lost their Award of Garden Merit (AGM) for inconsistency as we have also noticed a decline in flavour over the years.  Time for a further experiment.
