The What city?

The Christmas city. Although you probably would not guess that by the decoration in this photo. I realize that we did just have a "frankenstorm" or whatever they're calling it and there were a lot of trees down, and I'm all about repurposing, but I don't know...maybe a bow or something?
I even checked to make sure this had not blown down and gotten stuck on the sign somehow, but it's attached and there were many just like it, so I think they're serious.
