Too Many To Choose From

Photographs that is.

Clare and I were up and out of Marks house by 9:15, on the bus to Reading Station, arriving at Paddington by 10:20 and at the Victoria & Albert Museum by 11:00 where we met up with Samantha.
I’d always been a little wary of how I’d enjoy the V&A and we were here primarily today so that Clare and Samantha could visit the Frida Khalo exhibition but the tickets had sold out to those who had queued long before the museum opened so instead they settled for the ‘From Nature’ fashion exhibition.
I had brought my Kindle along prepared to sit and read whilst Clare and Sam did their thing but once I started walking through the galleries I was hooked and we eventually left at closing time.
I was particularly taken by the ‘Cast’ and Raphael galleries but it was all spell binding.
We took Sam to the Three Guys restaurant, her choice, for really good burgers and fries.
Train and bus back to Marks arriving back around 11 shattered, my Fitbit showed I’d reached 18,000 steps as opposed to my daily target of 12,000.

A really good day.
