Late night lazy blip

My brother David arrived yesterday - a day early. Fortunately we had made the beds and put the Hoover round in good time.
He's over from New Zealand and will be here till Tuesday when he heads to Ireland for a few days.
This morning he headed over to see our youngest brother and Mr EAnn and I went down to the allotment to see what damage the storm wrought.
Nothing really. We did a bit of tidying up and cropped courgettes and the last of the beans.
This evening Steph has come over and we have had a splendid veggie chilli. Come Tuesday we can be meat eaters again.
Having a late drink before we go to bed.
