On its way

Mr Rat was in the Borders doing a hill race - the Two Breweries, which goes from Traquair to Broughton breweries over 31k. He has just come home having successfully completed it.
I went to parkrun by bike on a cold bright morning and took this pic just before the start. We had an altered route as a tree was down across one path so it was a bit longer. I've a race tomorrow afternoon so didn't try too hard - not that I could have gone much faster, my legs felt like lead going up the hills.
This afternoon I was making cards as I decided the garden didn't need the sort of work at present that I wanted to do ie. not too energetic.
