......all I'm saying is a hypothetical salesperson in a hypothetical company, might have told a hypothetical customer that a hypothetical new software package could do a very complex thing and hypothetically we might be left to break the news to the hypothetical customer which will produce much hypothetical ire in said customer. Don't you just love hypothetical salespeople and their disingenuous ways......hypothetically speaking.
