Helping the Farmers

There has been, and still is, a scare of people putting sewing needles in strawberries! Madness I know. It seems there was one incident over east and now multiple copycats. As a result the strawberry farmers are struggling because people are scared to buy them. Our local supermarket is sending profits to the farmers to help.

We picked up a punnet to help a little. We chop them up anyway so we should be fine! Hopefully it’ll all be over soon!
