Art Puzzle 4

Nobody managed to identify yesterday's painting as Landscape With A Red Figure by Leopold Survage. I like this painting because it reminds me of the dimension hopping in Cixin Liu's epic Three Body Problem which I finished reading yesterday night. A highly recommended book for anyone who enjoys the cosmic scaled novels of Olaf Stapledon.

Anyway, today's painting has been very well rendered by the pupils of Year Four but, again, it is a rather obscure artist so I will be surprised if anybody manages to identify it.
