Tonight's Sky...

Well this is the only time I went out today as I'm still feeling really ill from Sunday :(

I didn't post a blip yesterday or Sunday so here's how it goes. Well we've all been practising really hard for this year's presentation evening demo and I had ju-jitsu from 10-12 on Sunday morning and then again from 4-8.30.

I didn't warm up all day really and managed to pass out during my session on Sunday night. Not fun in the slightest. Ever since I have just felt like someone has pulled my plug out and ran me over :( The demo is THIS SATURDAY!! I have to be better by then. I have to!
