Chicken curry for lunch - which meant I had to walk away from the desk to heat it up. So I forced myself to have a lunch break! I calculated that as I've not really taken a lunch hour for 11.75 years that equates to £55,500 of labour to my employer for free - no overtime, no additional pension - big fat zero. SO... I will not be repeating this bad habit for the next 20 years .... Gym, reading, phoning relatives, household errands ... All that stuff I struggle to fit in at weekends - will now be done in the lunch hour! I feel kind've naughty taking one - but it's mine to take!!! :))) went to the gym after work, did a bit of Xmas shopping on way to train - then home. Eva's school photos have arrived.
