Conting The Hours

3 hours and 13 minutes until I really can't get away with telling people I'm in my mid-to-late 20s....

29 has snuck up on me so fast- work has been keeping me so pre-occupied, I was honestly quite surprised to see the first card arrive on the door step a few days ago!

(3 hours and 11 minutes until I'm one step closer to the mid-life crisis)

Also, I got a text from my parents this morning telling me to open their card early - inside was a crisp £10 and a note to use it to buy everyone at work some birthday cake!

Never quite understood that tradition - should you really have to buy your own birthday cake?!?!
