Off to a good start

Tonight we had to weigh in early at our Slimming World as M.is away for the weekend wasn't expecting to have lost much as not been back on the diet for a full week yet although we have tried really hard to stick to plan. What a surprise when I got on the scales and discovered I had lost 4 pounds really pleased lets hope I can keep it up as would love to be at my first target weight for Christmas, fingers crossed. That means £4 to put in a tin as I have drcided to put away a pound for every pound I lose and then donate the money to charity I had a little girl in my nursery group last year who's little sister suffers from Cystic Fibrosis so think I might donate it to that.
