Nearly Friday

I have promised my internet friend she can borrow this book tomorrow so I needed a little time to finish it this evening. A properly wonderful book which didn’t really make me cry until the acknowledgements.

Wills school appears to get double inset days so his is off tomorrow. And the oven which has been making death noises in recent weeks silently roasted a chicken this evening. Am wondering if I need to cancel the order of the new one as the washing machine has chipped in with horrific noises and stepped it up a level by actually stopping working.
