Keep calm and read about bees

Mr. Beewatcher had a cataract operation today. I know loads of people who’ve had this done, and they all say how easy and quick it was.
Mr. Beewatcher has various complications, so when he was still in theatre after an hour, I was imagining all sorts. No worries though, eventually he appeared seeming as fit as a fiddle but with a rakish plastic eye patch.
All the waiting around for hours seems to have knocked me for six, so I’m recuperating with a nice cup of tea and my bee books whilst the patient searches the internet for possible complications. Which is nice.
