And tonight's dinner is....

Rooster testicle stew, it's a Hungarian specialty, simply made from testicles and vegetables and cooked until both are tender. The testicles are small, soft on the inside but with a texture like biting into a tightly packed sausage. What does surprise me is that some are black and others cream coloured.
Surprisingly enough it tastes like chicken :-)
