Chutney

spend the last two evenings making chutney. Sunday night was a new one: green tomato chutney with the unripe tomatoes from the garden. Last night was the turn of a tried and trusted apple/tomato recipe. Here are the jars all ready to go into the cupboard. Yum.

Once you see how much sugar goes into chutney it completely changes the way you feel about scoffing it!
