......on the metro home from North Shields where I'd been for my annual old ladies MOT health check when I realised, too late, that I actually DID have the camera in my bag after all.....good thing they didn't grill me about the state of my memory or organisational skills then ;-)

Now I'm off out again, this time to pick up a prescription for the boy-in-the-attic at the clinic around the corner......the NHS gives me plenty of exercise......it's probably part of their cunning plan ;-)
