Crane light

A brief foray out of the house at about 2 in the afternoon. The light was doing that thing again.
I see the site has been acquired by Port of Leith Housing Association (the sign spells "POLHA" in signal flags, I think). There had been a plan to build a bio-waste plant on the site of the grain store (the building opposite that looks like a Stalinist apartment block) but that has now been shelved. Very happy, as the building would have been about twice the height of the store and would have involved many trucks coming into the docks every day (note the word "docks", indicating that a boat might have been a bit of a better option; all the ideas about the plant were similarly badly thought out; I think it was a bunch of capitalist wide-boys, hoping that the prefix BIO- was going to fool people....)
