...the fifth and final way to wellbeing is...wait for it...take notice...no, that's it 'Take notice'.

Personally speaking blip helps me to take notice and be more aware of what's around me, what's at my fingertips.

The fifth way to wellbeing encourages people to be curious, remark on the unusual, savour the moment, be aware of your feelings and reflect on your experiences.

There. All done. Five ways to wellbeing...(contented sigh)...now off to read my book for a very long time in a very hot bath (surely the sixth way to wellbeing).
