Entry Level Human

Had a night out this evening with some friends, being entertained by Zoe Lyons. I’d seen her on Mock the Week many times but didn’t know much about her other than that. Turns out she's hilarious and puts together a very clever show that she makes seem effortlessly funny. Highly recommended.

In other news, Son2 has returned to uni in preparation for (Re)freshers’ fortnight and then, presumably, some lectures and stuff, and I’m back to being an empty nester again. Basil meanwhile has been happier in himself today although he still has an upset tummy. I’ve got a call in to the vet regarding whether I can give him some Imodium...
