I haven't walked the greens belt areas in quite a while,  it has been to hot.  It is a very pretty area, but, today it was still to hot, but I kept going 
I started out to go pickup my car that was being serviced it is only about a mile away.  By the time I got there I was exhausted, picked up the car, came home and took a nap.
I am greatful that I am retired so I can take a nap in the middle of the day
