La fête des feuilles

A land art exhibition takes place every two years in the Parc de la Tête d'Or in Lyon, during a few weeks just before winter.
Artists and students of horticultural schools in the region make up works of art using leaves, trees, branches, etc.
This year's exhibition is as amazing as the previous one. Choosing just one picture was extremely difficult!

I was really impressed by this sculpture of a golden face (cf Tête d'Or", the name of the park), using a tree trunk that was already there. Only the "hands" roots have been added.
