Wide Wednesday: Sophie Shows Her Mettle

We took Sophie to the indoor swimming pool in Wells this morning, which we haven't visited since her Mum was little. It's much more light and airy than our local indoor pool with more things to interest a toddler and we spent a happy couple of hours splashing about there.

This afternoon we had to go to the playground in Clarks Village so that Sophie could show me how she can climb up to and come down the big, tunnel slide all by herself now, which she discovered she could do all by herself when I was at golf last Thursday.

Luckily, there was enough metal about to qualify for the theme of today's challenge (and for me to make a awful pun)
