Oh no you don’t

We had a full day of Board and other meetings today. A private session; a strategy planning session; a development sessions n involving training on GDOR; a lunch when the Board and staff, several of them new, got a chance to meet and mingle. Then the public Board meeting where we worked through various papers on accounts , reporting, property, training; equality reporting; supports and strains on the system. Plus a review of the past few months.

Lots of constructive discussion and recognition of what had gone well and a desire to consider what lessons we needed to learn from some of our significant developments.

The other week we welcomed back Simone on her phased return. Today it was the turn to welcome back Victoria to start her phased return. Victoria is always a bit camera shy but she was willing for me to post this one of her!!
