Hosted a training day for colleagues in Sunderland in what was a very productive day.

Left around 3:30pm for the long drive down to Salisbury as I have a seminar tomorrow.

Booked into my digs which were nice. Dated but nice. The old lady who owns the house had one or two vin rouge before I arrived but managed to show me my outhouse.

In other news L missed gymnastics as she was sick. Twice!

Too many sweet stuff at the movies this afternoon. I spoke to her later and she seemed better. MrsT was out for her final long run before this weekends 10 km.
