A long walk followed by...

... a really delightful swim.
We were pretty lucky that the chosen beach was the best choice for the fairly strong winds. But there were some giant waves so there was no chance of hanging round at the edge plucking up the courage to get wet; it was straight in.
But the sunshine was short lived and the skies are cloudy now. Let’s hope this improves again pretty quickly because we have a day trip to Sark (with a swim) tomorrow.
