Amazing how much booze a group of determined middle aged women can get through on a Saturday night.

Start with G & T when the sun is over the yardarm (in Southwold this was baout 5.30) and continue with another one, moving onto excellent M & S Cava, followed by a range of fine & less fine wines....

Followed by paracetemol, and an early morning run by a hardy pair of sisters (not me).
