Bizarre

A busy day at the office then 4 1/2 hours on the train to London.  I'm at an event hosted in Twickenham Stadium tomorrow so I picked a hotel nearby to stay in.  It turned out when I arrived that it was actually part of the stadium, and that as I use the chain a bit I was due a "loyalty upgrade".  So I ended up in a suite (2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, walk in closets) with a view in to the stadium.  In the dark my view was just a black void except for a small patch of artificially lit grass, glowing an alien yellow-green colour...  It's rather bizarre.  Much better with the curtains closed.
