New Sporty

As promised.

New spin bikes have little computers on them and I was shocked that mine only read 300 calories, oh dear for all that effort. However it was a short class due to getting in the room late and new-bees needing instructions. I'll work up from there.

I get my new gym induction on Saturday and I still have to try out the new pool, steam and sauna.

More than delighted with the facilities.
