It's a bird, it's a plane...

It's actually a spire made by Frank Lloyd Wright and was gifted to the city of Scottsdale.  It now resides in front of the Italian restaurant, Maggiano's, where my neighbor took me to dinner tonight.  It pays to take care of the little doggies!
