Someone in your corner

Sometimes we long for one of those big bear hugs and the person hugs you a little bit tighter for a little bit longer.
A card posted with a message of encouragement is just as good!

My stubborn ass doesn’t ask for help, doesn’t like to ‘bother’ people or offload my issues, so I work it out my way, I’ve been doing that for years and this year has taught me, that system ain’t working.
So, I talked. I opened up, I admitted when I was stuck, I asked for help.
It’s a learning process but I’m learning that when I ask for help, somebody stands in my corner!
