Another early 5am start today!! First job Oz catch up, then off to Bristol, had a cuppa in Sainsbury’s, had a meeting, came home, carried on with UK work, turned laptop off at 7:30pm...sun set, dinner, shower, bed as up again 5am tomorrow!!!

Thank you all for kind wishes for Dad....care home have reported that he’s mainly been in bed today but he did enjoy eggs on toast as normal and eaten his usual quota of chocolates!!!
