Surprisingly rocky night on the ship - iPads and water bottles thrown off surfaces in the cabin!

Morning spent on safety briefings, photography talk and a bio-security vacuum of daysacks etc.

First zodiac trip in the afternoon - beautiful Magdalenafjord in north Svalbard. Walrus, kittiwakes, harbour seal. Then walk around on land for 90 mins, with armed guides in case of polar bears.
