Into My Arms
Here she comes... Ms H back from the big smoke after a week and 2 days for an overnight visit. What we'd do without our WhatsApp chats with her everyday I don't know... it's kind of breaking us into to her not being at home... and we hope her too although she'd never admit to that!
In the past week, Mrs C and I have been considering when we, back in nineteen canteen, began our jaunt to college, Dundee in both our cases but initially separate journeys, and how we were blissfully unaware of how our parents might have been feeling... although we both left a sibling behind to soften the blow! It is interesting that we've never thought about that until now... we were just full on in the moment of our lives turning a corner, much as Ms H is doing... and that's the way it should be really, no matter how we feel :-)
Aaaah.... if there are any of our parents watching, feel free when you see us to tell us how glad you were of us leaving, or otherwise :-) Jeez... I was 16 when I left!!
