Marmalade sponge.

It was the teenage daughter’s last Sunday dinner before she heads off to Uni on Friday.

She requested a roast ( beef, Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes and veg) and marmalade sponge with ice cream.

The sponge was made with this year’s Seville orange marmalade.
