Axe Queen

A fab day at Pishwanton Wood (for the name alone) near Haddington learning Axe crafting. We headed out into the woods to find some suitable logs and then spent the day learning how to use saws, axes, knives and saw horses. I now have a wooden spoon with the decorative embellishment of a little bit of red (no fingers were lost I’m happy to report). A wonderful Sunday of outdooriness!
