Wet and windy overnight but better this morning so after breakfast we headed south for a walk to a deserted settlement. It was rough and wet and we missed a turning but got back to the right place where there was a fast flowing stream and some sheilings so we decided to turn back rather than get really wet feet.
A short afternoon snooze and then another short walk along the old track to the north.
Now sitting in a cafe where we have internet access (and I've back blipped a couple) and Mr Rat has had a pizza. My stomach still isn't quite right so I'm not eating till breakfast
