Megalochori

We decided to extend the car hire for a third day to mop up all the other locations we have missed.  First thing we visited this small village that was really pretty.  This bell tower is unusual as it straddles across the road.

After a visit to the old village of Vothonas with It's cave dwelling houses and the seaside village at Kamari we wound up at Monolithos.   There are a couple of very nice and famous seafood restaurants.  The most famous is called Skaramanga but we decided that the one next door looked nicer.

The fish was delicious and the people so friendly.

The rest of the afternoon was spent on the beach

We  have now handed the car back.  Tomorrow is our final day and we have booked an island cruise

It's been a great holiday
