Castle Espie

We went to Castle Espie this morning, and I loved the vivid colour if these rose hips. Between these rose hips and the far shore are hundreds of returning Brent geese, they fly in for the winter from the Arctic. They are returning a little earlier than usual, and Castle Espie has a whole weekend dedicated to them next month.
