Spring

Today spring has returned with bright, clear blue skies (harsh light for photography). I decided to walk to Butters Bridge (it's just a short walk from Coppins Crossing) and try to get some decent river shots. Did not really succeed. Instead I found this rather out of place tree, in amongst the natives, laden with blossom. I did spot two fishing rods, standing in the sand with their lines in the river and had an idea for a shot, but on the way back the owner of the rods was there with his dog and my novelty shot of the invisible man fishing remains an act of imagination.
