By the Athabasca Glacier

We were surprised to arrive at our hotel last night with some light snow cover, and the temperature below freezing. Even more surprised to wake up to roads covered in fresh snow, low cloud and poor visibility. 

Putting our itinerary on hold for the day (for access problems where we had planned) we decided to stay around the hotel and the Athabasca Glacier for the day. No sooner had we finished breakfast, did the sun start to break through. We seriously didn't know which way to point our cameras, the light and cloud were so good.
