Home owner, again

Today my flat purchase went through. Cause for quiet Welsh beach celebration including a dip in sea and cava in a tin mug. Perf.
There are tenants in the flat I've just bought until mid-September so hopefully my little sis and bro-in-law can continue to put up with me until then.
