Superb Stained Glass in Gouda

We took a short trip to Gouda from The Hague today, mainly to see Sint Janskerk (St. John's Church), which is reputed to have the best array of stained glass in the Netherlands, dating from the 16th century.   It is a large, long and beautiful structure. (This image is a panorama merged from three captures.) There is also a striking town hall in Gothic style, dating from 1450; it's the country's oldest.

I've added further information to yesterday's blip on Dordrecht, with an additional extra of a gravestone which may in fact be of one of our ancestors.

It's very late-that's all for now.
